

COTEAU HOLMES – Funeral Services will be conducted for Brother Michael Wayne Robicheaux, Sr., age 62, at 1:00 pm on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Coteau Holmes Full Gospel Church with Brother Jerod Robin officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the time of services on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Coteau Holmes Full Gospel Church.
A native of Catahoula and resident of Coteau Holmes, Mr. Robicheaux passed away at 5:14 am on, Friday, October 16, 2015 at Regional Medical Center.
Brother Mike was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Brother Mike love preaching the word of God. He served as Pastor of Coteau Holmes Full Gospel Church for twenty years - a place where he loved the people and poured his life into theirs. He was a contractor by trade and was always willing to serve his family, friends and congregation.
He loved Jesus Christ more than anything and loved sharing the Gospel with everyone he came across. Brother Mike never met a stranger. He was one of the most caring and generous people that God has ever blessed this earth to have. His prayers and wisdom will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Kathy Broussard Robicheaux; one son, Michael “T-Mike” Robicheaux, Jr. and wife Shawntel of Coteau Holmes; two daughters, Mia R. Robin and husband Jerod and Mindy R. Guidry and husband Matthew; six grandchildren, Michael Robicheaux, III; Gabriel Robicheaux, Abigail Robicheaux; Asa Robicheaux, Benjamin Robin and Joseph Guidry all of Coteau Holmes.
He is also survived by his brother and sisters, Curtis Robicheaux, Hedy Estelette, Jenny Hulin, Debbie Usey, Jane Martin, and Tammy Berard.
He was preceded in death by his parents Eflige and Grace Chatagnier Robicheaux; brother, Mark Robicheaux; and sisters, Rona Robicheaux and Audrey Revette.
Pallbearers will be Michael Robicheaux, Jr., Michael Robicheaux, III., Gabriel Robicheaux, Matthew Guidry, Perry Bonin, and Lanny Hayes.
