Charles William Short age 83, of Sebring passed away at Bayfront Medical Center June 8, 2017. He was born January 12, 1934 in Kingsport, TN to parents Samuel and Dorothea (Grey) Short. Survivors include his wife Judith, sons, Victor and Anthony Short, a daughter Theresa Edwards, brothers, Donnie and James Short, sister Evelyn Kanippe, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Visitation hours are planned for Monday June 12, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm at Beach Memorial Chapel 301 Corey Avenue St Pete Beach (727) 360-5577. A service will be celebrated at 4 pm at the funeral home.
