He was a loving husband to Suet May Ho, of 26 years whom survives him. He is also survived by his children, Michael (Elizabeth) McCool (CFD), Maggie (Keith, Local 399) Burke, and Mary Frances (Dan, USMC) Fitzgerald; his grandchildren, Corey (US ARMY), Kyleigh, Norah, Jimmy, Matthew, Mary Kate, Hayleigh and Michael; along with his siblings, Michael (USMC) (Donna), Patrick (USMC), Cathy Graves, Terri, Shawn, and Dan (Jennifer); former husband to Mary Ann McCool (Roche); and was a loving uncle to to many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Research Fund in his honor.
Services will be held in Illinois at Chapel Hill Garden South Funeral Home.
