Sean Micheal Papargiriou was born on Friday, June 11, 1976 in Newton, Massachusetts at Newton Wesley Hospital. Sean left us on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in St Petersburg Florida with a broken heart and a body that gave out on him. He had been grieving his mother, who passed away less than a year before.
Sean was the second son of Anastasios "Taso" Papargiriou and Claire Michelle Papargiriou. Sean's siblings were an older sister Kimberly, an older brother Mark (also deceased), and a younger sister Tara.
Sean was a proud "Bostonian", born and raised. He graduated from North Eastern Vocational High School with the expertises in auto body work and repair. Sean and his father enjoyed and excelled in martial arts in his younger years. Sean was a self taught guitar player, singer, song writer, and band member. He was a long time member of the Knuckles and Boots "OI" band.
Sean joined the US Navy straight out of High School in 1993 in the submarine division. He completed his boot camp in Illinois (NSGL) Naval Station Great Lakes, Recruit Command training station. Sean excelled in this eight week program and they sent him onto the Navy Submarine base in Groton, Connecticut; located along the eastern bank of the Thames River.
Sean was married and leaves behind his only daughter Lucy Lyn Coyle, which he calls the best part of him.
Sean became a jack of all trades in his adult years. Whatever he put his mind to do, he could do it. He got his CDL license and drove truck cross country. He belonged to the Auto Union. Sean had a state license and certification through the American Welding Society. He did welding and pipefitting up and down the east coast of America. He was also apart of the welding and pipefitting Union. He was one of the hardest working Americans and he was pretty proud of it. And where ever life took him throughout the United States, he was always playing music, forming bands, playing guitar, and singing his guts out to "OI.
I love you Sean and your Baby sister will never stop missing you.Tara lee Sellers.
