Donna Gray Barker

Donna Gray Barker, a native Houstonian, resided in Sugar Land, Texas. She passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 55 at MD Anderson Hospital surrounded by family, following her courageous 9-month battle with cancer. The family would like to thank all the providers and professionals at MD Anderson for their amazing, compassionate care throughout this journey. This compassionate care gave us strength and support throughout this difficult time.

Donna was born to Dan and Mary Ellen Lubbock on April 11,1970 in Houston, Texas. She was a graduate of JF Dulles High School and dedicated 35 loyal years of service to Mustang Metal. Donna married Michael Barker on July 2, 2011. Donna had a big personality and a loud, infectious voice that would light up any room, making friends wherever she went. She loved the slot machines, especially weekly Bingo, and watching various baking shows.

Donna is survived by her loving husband, Michael Barker; her children, Rhonda Feather, Brandon Feather, and Brianna Feather; and her beloved grandchildren, Sylas Thurston, Terra Thurston, and Mikayla Fulton. She is also survived by her sister, Debbie Mullen and her husband Brian Mullen, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Dan and Mary Ellen Lubbock.

A visitation will be held at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, located at 12555 South Kirkwood Road in Stafford, on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The memorial service will take place at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
