Henry Guerra Gonzales

Henry G. Gonzales II, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at the age of 78. He was born February 2, 1943 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Henry and Guadalupe Gonzales. He married his high school sweetheart Mary and soon after moved to Houston where they raised their three children. Henry was the founder and President of Stainless Steel Custom Fabricators creating a business in which he passed on his knowledge and skills two generations and remained involved until shortly before his death. Those working for the company knew that to Henry, they are considered extended family. His kindness, compassion and gracious support for others will be greatly missed.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Guadalupe Gonzales, his son Lawrence Gonzales, and his Sister Betty Jean Gonzalez. He is survived by wife of 59 years, Mary (Linares) Gonzales, daughter Laura and her husband Fernando; son, Henry III and wife, Lorena; brother Harry Gonzales; and sisters Linda Trevino, Margret Canales, Becky Vasquez, and Janet Garcia; grandchildren Fernando Jr (Jessica), Bryan (Laura), Joshua, Marlena, Gabrielle, and Madelyn; great-grandchildren Evan, Aubrie, Madison and Xander, and numerous other family and friends.

A visitation for Henry will be held Monday, November 1, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, 12555 South Kirkwood, Stafford, TX 77477. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 1510 5th St., Missouri City, TX 77489.
