KATHY GARNETT, age 64, of Houston, passed away March 31, 2015. She was born October 30, 1950 in San Antonio. Kathy was a fun loving, generous, accomplished business woman. She was a thoughtful, loving sister, sister-in-law and aunt. She grew up in Brownsville, Texas and lived in Houston for over thirty years. Kathy was a huge sports fan and loved the Texans and Aggies. Her favorite memories were the times she spent on Copano Bay in Rockport, Texas. Preceded in death by her parents, Dub and Betty Garnett; brother, Gary Garnett; and sister, Lisa Garnett. She is survived by her sister, Nancy Jones and her husband Steve; nephews, Eric Jones and his wife Callyn, and Wesley Garnett; niece, Kelly Garnett. Kathy will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, April 11, 2015, Earthman Southwest Chapel, Stafford.
