She was born in Houston, Texas on September 22nd, 1953, to Billie Sue Smith and Jessie James Smith. She graduated from Humble High school and went to work for Fort Bend ISD until she retired in 2011. She was a mother to Tisha Jenkins of Conroe, Texas, and Will Packer of Pearland, Texas. Her pride and joy. She always said their births changed her life for the better, and they felt that in the love and support she provided.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William W. Packer, Sr. her brothers, Ronnie Smith, and Kenny Smith, along with her sister, Judy Cordova.
She is survived by her children Tisha and husband Allen Jenkins, her son Will Packer, grandchildren, Justin Packer, Darian Jenkins, Emily Packer, Ashley Packer, Christopher Packer and Olivia Landa, along with several nieces, nephews and treasured friends.
