

Loretta Marie Ardeneaux McQueen, October 1942 – October 2011, of Missouri City, TX, passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon 23 October 2011, with family at her bedside. This after a 5 week battle in ICU with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. Loretta was one of six children born to Esther and Clarence Ardeneaux of Marrero, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, Esther and Clarence; brother, Gary; daughter, Patti; and grandson, John. Loretta is survived by her husband, Joseph; daughters, Donna, and Jodi; brothers, Clarence and David; and sisters, Jeanette and Pat. She is also survived by sons in-law, Randy and Jason; grand-daughters, Krystal, Sarah, Jessi, Brie, and Alli; great-grand-son, Alex; and numerous nieces and nephews. Loretta’s occupation was that of a Book-keeper, working with Westinghouse, Anchor-Wate, Westbury Christian and Atlas Machine during her career. She enjoyed cross-word puzzles and watching scary movies. Loretta’s greatest joy was her children and grand-children. She loved them deeply and always wanted the best for them. A Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at Earthman Southwest Chapel, 12555 S. Kirkwood, Stafford. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, on Thursday, October 27, 2011, at Sugar Grove Church of Christ, 11600 W. Airport Blvd., Stafford. Interment will follow at Morton Cemetery, Richmond. The family requests all donation be sent to Sugar Grove Church of Christ Missions.
