Left to forever miss him are his wife of 57 years Rita Habermann Jaks, his daughter Dawn Jaks, son Alan Jaks his wife Lisa, grandchildren Kyle Jaks, Emily Jaks, other family and friends. He worked in the automotive parts field with General Motors for 15 years and then with Sam White Oldsmobile for 25 years before retiring to an active life of volunteerism.
He was a kind-hearted and honorable man and was devoted to his family and friends. A true gentleman with a genuine smile and a huge capacity for helping others.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 16, at 11:00 a.m., Earthman Southwest Chapel (Highway 59 and Kirkwood)
