Sylvia L. Mullinax

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Darlene Hall.

She is survived by her husband, Earl Mullinax, her sister Mary Ann Crisp and her brothers Ernest and Leland Everett. Her children Michele James, Kelly Padgett (Earl), Kirk Mullinax (Tondra), and Jennifer Mullinax. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jessica James, Christopher James, Zachary Wagner, Desiree Scalia, Ashley Langlois, Madison Mullinax, Arrow Mullinax, Adalynn Mullinax, Samantha Preedom, Nicole Lovell and Jared Sandlin, and 14 great-grandchildren.

Sylvia dedicated her life to taking care of others and ensuring that her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren knew that they were loved beyond measure.

A visitation will be held at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, located at 12555 South Kirkwood Road in Stafford on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The funeral service will take place at the same location immediately following the visitation, starting at 11:00 a.m.

The interment will follow via funeral procession to Houston National Cemetery, located at 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive in Houston.
