Bill and Patti were united in marriage on January 19, 1990 in Houston, Texas. They have two sons, Branden Eagle and Jesse Droemer. The family moved to Sealy in 1991 and joined Sealy Assembly in September 1996, and a few months later Bill accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
Bill served in the Navy during Vietnam War. After his time in the Navy he attended college at Sam Houston State and became a school teacher. Then he began an adventure with a man he had met while teaching school named Charlie Nash. Together they began a printing company called Nash Printing and Bill remained in the printing industry until 2007. One of Charlie's chief responsibilities was to witness to Bill. Through that relationship and Charlie's persistence, the seed was planted and that one day would lead Bill to the doorstep of God and he would make that ultimate decision to follow and serve Christ the rest of his life. While working at Nash Publishing he met Patti, the love of his life, and his destiny was set. Together they had a child named Jesse (Bobcat) Droemer. Bill was a great father for Jesse and Patti's son, Branden. His relationship with both of his boys was one of the strongest and most committed of his life. Bill loved his family with all of his heart.
In August, 2009, Bill suffered and aortic dissection. Most people do not survive from this type of heart problem, but the Lord had plans for Bill and Patti and he recovered. Life returned to normal and because of business purposes, they moved to Katy in March, 2011. Shortly thereafter, Bill took early retirement and began a handyman service called "New Life Repair" where his passion was lived our -bringing old things back to new.
More than anything, Bill loved his family and was a dedicated, reliable husband, father, and servant of the Lord. He honored commitment and believed in doing things to the best of your ability. Whatever he pursued, Bill did it with a spirit of excellence and taught his boys, Branden and Jesse to do the same.
