

He lived a full and eventful life as he served in United States Coast Guard. He was a nationally licensed and respected Architect. He was a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
You could often find him enjoying his many hobbies. He loved to hunt and fish. He also was very accomplished as a chess player. He enjoyed playing bridge and many other card games. Zoe was much stalled at many games that required high levels of skill and mental acumen.
Zoe is preceded in death by his first wife, Elpidia Ga Regalado and his second daughter, Jill Regalado. He is survived by his wife, Sonia Cachero Regalado; his son, Jeffrey Regalado; and his daughter, Jennifer Ellis and her husband Christopher; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Lauren, and Rendal Ellis.
Zoe will be greatly cherished and missed by many. His family and friends are grateful knowing this, compassionate and humble man.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 17 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, 12555 South Kirkwood Road in Stafford, with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 5:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 18 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 1510 Fifth Street in Missouri City.
The Rite of Committal will follow, via funeral procession, to Houston Memorial Gardens in Pearland.
