Betty Caroline Kelly

Betty Caroline Kelly, 81 of Stafford passed away at her residence on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. She is survived by her son, David Franklin Frazier; two daughters, Caroline Denise Weaver and Deborah Lynn Weaver; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Emory Kelly and brother, Robert James Lavinder, Jr. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 14, 2020 at the funeral home at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery with her husband.
