Chad is a graduate of North Stafford High School.
Chad is predeceased by his maternal grandfather Ralph Stephen Blanco.
He is survived by his Father, Burnham Matthews and his wife Debbie and his mother, Joan Cordero and husband Michael. Other survivors include brothers, Drew Quinlin Matthews, Michael Anthony Cordero and Daniel Keith Luke II and wife Shae, a sister, Katie LeFever and husband (Jay). He is also survived by his paternal grandparents Erwyn Keith Matthews and Jane Louise Forrestt and maternal grandmother Carol Hildreth Blanco.
The family will receive friends Wednesday December 22 from 6-8 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Home Stafford Chapel 186 Shelton Shop Rd.
A mass of Christian burial will be offered on Thursday 23 at 12 pm at St. William of York Catholic Church Jefferson Davis Hwy. Stafford with inurnment to follow at Stafford Memorial Garden.
