

She is survived by her sister, Lillian Gordon of Stafford; two daughters, Tina Muth and her husband Joel (Dora’s special son) of Falmouth, Deborah Beveridge and her husband Rodney of Spotsylvania; five sons, David Coakley and his wife Anita of Falmouth, Michael Coakley and his wife Michelle of Spotsylvania, Melvin R. Coakley II and his wife Deborah of Spotsylvania, Ricky Satterwhite of Stafford and Clarence Satterwhite of Fredericksburg. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Melannie, John, Don, Taryn, Brittany, Zachary, Janica, David Jr., Alycia, Emma and Brianna; 10 great grandchildren, Austin T. , Carly, Alyssa, Mackenzie, Austin S., Makayla, Darian, Tessa, Haley and Jason and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Coakley was a lifelong member of Falmouth United Methodist Church.
Her remains rest at the Mullins & Thompson Stafford Chapel where the family will receive friends Monday, April 26 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and where funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Gail Dietze officiating. Interment at Stafford Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Steven Satterwhite, Rodney Beveridge, Don Snellings, Jr., Dean Maslock, Jr., John Muth and David Coakley, Jr.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Dora’s memory to Falmouth United Methodist Church.
