Our beloved son Hubert Willoughby, Jr. passed away on August 9, 2018. He was born February 26, 1961 in Arlington, Virginia.
Hubert is survived by his loving father, Hubert Willoughby, Sr.; his sister, Jackie Kiker (Grady); his brother, Steven Johnston; his grandsons, Travis and Shane; his granddaughter, Savannah; three nieces; one nephew; three grandnieces; and one grandnephew.
He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Charlotte; and his son, Hubert Willoughby, III.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Abundant Life Assembly of God in Stafford.
