He was born on August 23, 1951 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Vincent and Virginia Harrigan. He was a retired Roofing Consultant.
He is survived by his loving wife, Andrea C. Harrigan; two sons, Daniel J. Harrigan (Hye Sung) of Seoul, Korea, and Conor V. Harrigan of Stafford, VA; one daughter, Kara Sochacki (Ryan) of Davidson, NC; one brother, John Harrigan of Waynesville, NC; two sisters, Ginny Ashton (Skip) of Atlanta, GA and Kathy Ochsenreiter (Rich) of Pittsburgh, PA; five grandchildren, Lucas Sochacki, Claire Sochacki, Tristan Harrigan, Summer Harrigan, Hana Harrigan.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00pm Sunday, November 9, 2025 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 186 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford, VA
