She is survived by four daughters, Denise Dyson and Wanda Thompson and husband, Eugene both of Christiansburg, Tracey McLeod of Triangle, and Eunice McLeod of District Heights MD; two sisters, Shirley Dyson of Alexandria and her twin Joan Bowles of Manassas; brother William Dyson of Washington DC; fifteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jerome Dyson and daughter, Cheryl McLeod.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford, VA, with the family receiving friends an hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Stafford Memorial Park.
