He is preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Carrie Mullins, two wives, Shirley J. Mullins and Betty Jean Mullins, also 3 brothers; Troy, Lloyd and Burley Mullins and 2 sisters, Dalice Hale and Elsie Mullins. He preceded in death by 2 grandsons, Mathew Macewen and Shawn Russell Mullins.
He is survived by his wife Naoma Mullins, sons, John Wayne Mullins (Tammy), and Ricky Mullins, Sherry Macewen (David) and Peggy Sue Harris. 2 stepsons Barry S. Stone and Ricky L. Stone. Other survivors include Sisters, Helen Crabtree, Ersie Crabtree, Tootie Dodson and Lorretta Privatte.
8 grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday June 10, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service Stafford Chapel 186 Shelton Shop Rd. Where a Service will be held on Saturday June12 at 10 am with interment to follow at Stafford Memorial Park.
