Born on March 30, 1944, in Bluefield, West Virginia, Judy lived a life dedicated to her family and community. She married her sweetheart, Slick Wilburn, and together they made their home in Virginia, where they raised three active sons. While nurturing her family, Judy also worked for over 20 years for the Retirement System with the American Red Cross.
Judy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
She is survived by her two sons, Mark Wilburn and Greg Wilburn, his wife, Mo (Maureen), granddaughters Kirsten and Lacey Wilburn, grandsons Garrett and Brandon, great-granddaughter Taeylor and her two fun loving and devoted sisters, Debbie Shupe and Robin McElwee.
Judy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas Wilburn, Sr. (Slick); and her eldest son, Thomas Wilburn, Jr.
