Matthew Steven Choy

He is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Choy; his Dad, Charlie Cameron; his sister, Geraldine Alvarez; his fiancé, Prinal Naidoo and his biological father, E. Choy.

Matthew was preceded in death by his grandmother, Isabel Vasquez.

Matthew Choy grew up in Stafford, VA. He was a marketing and onboarding specialist, his remote job allowed him to travel around the world at all times. He loved traveling and even would repeat his favorite countries such as Peru, Colombia, and South Africa. His fiancé is from South Africa, and he couldn't wait to marry her and spend the rest of his life with her.

Matthew was compassionate, kind, charming, and always made everyone laugh. He loved listening to records on his record player, going to concerts, hanging out with friends and family, spending time with his fiancé, and playing computer games.

He loved fine dining in and outside the US, but junk food was always his guilty pleasure. Matthew was always super close to his mom and sister. Matthew and his sister were not only siblings, but also best friends throughout their entire lives.

A Celebration of Life for Matthew will be held at 7:00pm on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel with a visitation an hour prior.
