Mrs. Dodson was born in Virginia on March 6, 1958 and was employed for several years as a bus driver for Prince William County Schools.
She is preceded in death by a sister.
She is survived by her parents, Charles and Margie Brown, three daughters, Tammy McKenzie, Angie Dodson and Cindy Thompson as well as a son, Willard Dodson Jr.
Other survivors include four sisters and two brothers and fourteen grand children.
The family will receive friends on Thursday December 30 from 10-11 am at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Home Stafford Chapel 186 Shelton Shop Rd. where a funeral service will be conducted at 11 am, with interment to follow at Stafford Memorial Park.
