Thomas "Tommy Brian" Parker, age 64, of Winchester, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
He is survived by his children, Thomas "Tommy John" Parker, Vanessa "Nessa" Wainwright, Angela "Angel" Parker-Roberts and Brian Parker; and his siblings, Peggy Whohlheter, Donna Santee, Robert "Bobby" Parker, Mitchel "Mickey" Parker and Janelle Parker.
Tommy Brian will also be greatly missed by his 18 grandchildren, numerous extended family and his friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Arthur "Arty" Parker.
