He is survived by his loving wife, Marion; Step Son, Barry Clemons; brother, Charles Finney; three sisters, Virginia Garner, Edith Shelton, and Helen Wingo; four grandchildren, Kyle and Brandon Clemons, Amanda Storvick, and Sean Deutch; three great grandchildren, Isabelle, Ryan, and Mason; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford at 2:00 pm, with the family receiving friends an hour prior to service. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Stafford Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to Alzheimer's Association or Mt Ararat Baptist Church.
