To Ron and the family of Dallas. I knew him first at the Saugatuck church in the 80's (like Jack) and last saw him three years ago at the Tully Center. He was truly a "golden boy" and a joy to the world.

Thank you for being a great Uncle and good friend. I will always remember you for your big heart and your ability to accept people for who they are. Thank you for taking me to the Rocky Horror Picture show, and buying me my first pair of Nike tennis shoes (even though you made me work for them....lol) You were a great person all the way around and we will all miss you.

I met Dallas and Ron in New Orleans 1979.  Dallas had a smile and  magic "twinkling" eyes that let you know immediately that his heart was filled with kindness. Their friendship was a gift for me these past 32 years.  Thank you Dallas. I will miss you.

Pete and I may not always have agreed on things, but we always loved each other.  I will miss his call this Dec 3, he never missed my birthday.  Will never forget our last conversation, just a few weeks ago.  Prayers for all his family and friends.  Blessed are they that mourn:  for they whall be comforted.

Dallas and I met while we were getting radiation treatments at the Bennett Cancer Center this year.  It is hard to believe that after only seeing someone for maybe 5 or 6 times I could call him my friend.  But he was.  We would talk about being in the service during the Vietnam War, talk about this terrible disease that took my wife from me earlier in the year and then turned on me.  He always seemed so upbeat and was an inspiration for me to get through my treatments.  The last time I saw Dallas I almost didn't recognize him.  The cancer had spread to his back and he needed help to stand up.  My condolences for your loss and the loss of a good person.

My condolences to Dallas' family and to Ron.  He was a very likeable man, and will be missed.

Ron, I'm very sad to read of Dallas' transition. I didn't know him very well but he always had a smile for me when he came to the gym at the Tully. Even during the rough moments of his illness he managed to smile. His effect on me will live on. I'm so sorry for your loss Ron. I hope you find comfort in knowing that Dallas was a positive influence in the lives of many.  Peace & blessings to you.

Dallas you are not suffering and in pain any longer. I remember and will cherish all the wonderful times at our night clubs, our home away from home and Sherwood Island during the summers along with P-Town just to name a few.
