Jaime Soto, 59, a resident of Stamford, CT, passed away peacefully on October 15th, 2010 at the home of his father with whom he resided. He was born November 18th, 1950 in Utuado, Puerto Rico to Jesus Soto and the late Carmen Soto and moved to Stamford, CT at age 4. In addition to his father, he is survived by his sons Andrew and Daniel Soto of Norwalk, CT and former wife Mary Ann Soto, as well as brothers Allen Soto of Stamford, Ct; Eric Soto of Los Angeles, CA; Raul Soto and sister-in-law Laura Soto of Boca Raton, FL. He will be greatly missed and remembered by his family and many friends. He was an avid music lover and concert goer. His last concert was Z.Z. Top at his favorite venue, New York City’s Beacon Theatre. Calling hours will be Tuesday, October 19th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer Street, Stamford, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Wednesday, October 20th at St. Mary’s Church, 566 Elm Street, Stamford, CT at 10 a.m. and will be buried at Queen of Peace in Stamford.
