Marcia P. Phelps

Phelps, Marcia Parthemore, 61, of Stamford passed away on Monday, December 3, 2012. Marcia was born on November 9, 1951 in Pasadena, CA to the late Agnes and Edward Parthemore. Marcia was a resident of Stamford for over 50 years and was an active member in the Springdale community and the United Methodist Church of Springdale, in addition to her love of raising Samoyeds. Marcia is survived by her beloved husband of 41 years Richard Phelps; her brother Edward Parthemore of Lynchburg, VA; her loving children, Christine Phelps and Bryan Phelps; as well as her grandchildren Eric Joyner, Steven Phelps, James Barnum and Eryn Phelps; and many loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the United Methodist Church of Springdale with reception to follow.
