Peggy (Weaver) Ryan born 12/28/30 in Stamford, Ct. passed away on 1/09/17. Peggy was born and raised in Stamford and chose to raise her family here after proudly serving in the Navy during the Korean Conflict.
Peggy worked for Conde Nast before starting her life as a mother. She is survived by her two daughters Libby, Patty Reed and her husband Mike, a son John and his wife Lisa, a grandson Ryan Reed, a brother, James Weaver and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Donald , daughter Donna, brothers Elon and Harold Weaver and sister Mary LaPorte. Peggy was the daughter of the late Horace and Eva Weaver.
Calling hours will be Friday, January 13th 4-8 pm at Leo P Gallagher and Son Funeral Home 2900 Summer Street in Stamford. A service will be held Saturday, January 14th at 10:30 am at the funeral home followed by a Christian burial at Fairfield Memorial Park.
