Born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Marta and Esteban Luciano. He graduated from the High School of Art and Design in Manhattan.
After graduation, he served in the Navy and sailed throughout the Mediterranean on the USS LaSalle. He enjoyed his career as a graphic artist for over 40 years before retiring. His hobbies included playing raquetball, basketball, riding his motorcycle, and target-shooting at the gun range.
He is survived by his wife, Jean, his four children - Robert, Andre, Adam, and Dana - and his sister, Esmeralda. He is also survived by many inlaws, nieces, and nephews.
Friends are invited to calling hours Sunday, March 15, from 1:00-5:00 at Leo P. Gallagher and Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer Street. A service will be held at 4:00.
