Ronni Ginsberg (May 9, 1951 – January 19, 2026) passed away at her home in Stamford, surrounded by family, after living with pancreatic cancer for several years. Ronni grew up in Teaneck, New Jersey, and graduated from American University in 1973.
Caregiving was the constant throughline of Ronni’s life, an instinct she carried into every relationship. She nurtured her children, Steven and Ilana, with devotion when they were young. She supported her mother‑in‑law, Lillian Ginsberg, after Lillian’s stroke, and later cared for her own parents, Ina and Harold Heller, through Alzheimer’s and through Harold’s final years. She extended that same steady compassion to other elders in the community through her business, Your Daughter’s Friend, helping them manage their homes and maintain their independence.
Ronni is survived by her brother Kenny, her husband Paul, her children Steven (Becca) and Ilana (Ben), and her grandchildren Liora and Hazel. Ronni is also survived by many cousins with whom she maintained lifelong, loving relationships.
The family requests donations in lieu of flowers. Donations to the Bennett Cancer Center through the Stamford Hospital Foundation or to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) would be particularly meaningful.
