Anthony Pigno

Anthony Pigno, 62, of Todt Hill, died Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016, at RUMC. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Anthony attended Susan E. Wagner High School and College of Staten Island. He was a construction worker for The Naso Organization, and was a member of St. Teresa's Church. His hobbies included listening to shortwave radio, watching old movies on TCM, model planes, and reading. Anthony enjoyed swimming, going to baseball games, watching martial arts movies, walking in the park, being by the ocean, and going fishing. He looked forward to visiting the Naval ships every year during Fleet Week. Anthony belonged to the Knights of Columbus and the Holy Name Society. He was predeceased by his beloved father, Dominick John Pigno who died in 2006, who he was very close to and admired dearly. Anthony is survived by his loving mother, Teresa Naso and stepfather, Vincenzo Naso; brother, Dominick Pigno and wife Linda; sister, Maria Naso-Lisanti and husband Andrew Lisanti; brother, Frank Naso and wife Danielle; and his beloved nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Andrew, TheresaMarie, Meagan, Teresa, and Vincent. Visitation is Friday, Dec. 9, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home. Funeral is Saturday, Dec. 10, at St. Teresa's Church
