Bruno’s nephew Jonathan Quotes;
“Out of everyone, I had the most unique relationship with uncle Bruno - yes, he was my uncle, but he was also a lot of firsts in my life: he was my first gaming buddy, my first roller coaster partner, my first eating-ice cream-behind-grandpa’s back accomplice, my first real father figure, my first role model, and really, my first best friend. Our birthdays were only a day apart so for the first 10 or so birthdays, we’d be celebrating with a double cake and we’d get our faces doubly pressed into them - we used to test who would be able to shove the other persons face into the cake first and let’s just say the tradition ended once I started catching up. It’s surreal to think about how uncle Bruno and I went through all the gaming systems together from the GameCube to the ps5 - we have memories shared on nearly all the games I played growing up and even the newer games he stunk at he’d attempt to learn just so he can participate. Uncle Bruno wasn’t around a lot during my high school years but that did not prevent him from showing up to my graduation, and when we met up again it was just like we were back playing Final Fantasy on the PlayStation. I remember watching the infamous 28-3 pats falcons Super Bowl in his South Carolina apartment, and I remember his sharp take about taking patriots money line live… I wish I took it. But most of all, I remember the kind of man uncle Bruno was - he was strong willed, full of wisdom and love, and he was ultimately the type of guy you would want to look up to.”
Though he is no longer with us in body, his memory will never decay, his smile will never fade, and his legacy will live on in the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him. We will carry his love and laughter in our hearts forever.
