Catherine Tuite, 85, of the Concord section of Staten Island, passed on Sept. 7, 2016. A graduate of New Dorp High School, she was a homemaker and parishioner of St. Sylvester's Church. She enjoyed playing bingo, word puzzles, trips to Atlantic City, drives through the Lancaster, Pa. countryside, and spending time wth her children and grandchildren. Catherine was married for 64 years to her beloved husband, Raymond Tuite. She was the loving mother of Michael Tuite, Karen Tuite, John Tuite, and Annmarie Svendsen; cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, and dear sister to Mrs. Dolores Metz and Mrs. Edna Metz, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. There will be a service on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home
