Elio Lo Magno, of Grasmere, peacefully passed away at his home, with his family by his side, on September 22, 2019 after a long battle with lymphatic leukemia. Elio was an entrepreneur who dabbled in real estate, medical management and other business endeavors. He was a devout Catholic and loved to travel. Born in Africa as a result of World War II, on April 27, 1938. Elio’s family was from Vittoria, Italy. Elio often visited Italy to retain his roots and spend time with his family. Elio is survived by his children John, Lawrence and Suzan Lo Magno, step-children Augusto and Gina Moletto, and brother Roberto Lo Magno. He was also dearly loved by his companion Vivian Solmo, daughter-in-laws Hannah and Michelle Lo Magno, son-in-law Casey Sherman and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Elio was able to influence the lives of his 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was a caring, kind and generous individual whose memory will be forever embedded in all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
