Joan Moskie

A resident of Staten Island, New York, Joan was a cherished member of her community and will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Joan graduated from high school and dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker. She was married to her husband, Felix, for 62 wonderful years. Together, they raised three children: Laura, Philip, and Kevin. Joan was also the proud grandmother of four grandchildren: Michael, Andrea, Christopher, and Brandon. Her beloved dog, Harry, was a constant companion and brought her much joy.

In addition to her family, Joan had a passion for bowling, a hobby she loved and enjoyed throughout her life. She was also an active member of the Catholic Daughters, contributing to her community with dedication and spirit.

Visitation will be held at Casey-McCallum Rice Funeral Home, located at 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308, on August 22, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A funeral service will take place at St. Clare Roman Catholic Church, St. Clare's Church, New York, NY 10308, on August 23, 2025, from 9:45 am to 10:45 am. Following the service, a committal service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Ave, New York, NY 10309, from 11:15 am to 11:30 am.

Joan Moskie's presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy will live on through her family and the many lives she touched.
