August 22, 1949 - December 31, 2021 Lawrence Peteroy passed away peacefully at home on Dec. 31, 2021 at the age of 72. Lawrence was born and raised in Staten Island, and graduated from St. Peter's High School in 1967 where he played in the band The Brite Tones. He served on the NYPD before becoming a NYC Livery Driver. Lawrence retired in 2020 and moved upstate to Bloomingburg, NY, where he enjoyed landscaping and maintaining his new home in the Hudson Valley. He enjoyed playing golf and played as often as he could. Surviving loved ones include his longtime companion Kristine Rodberg, his sons Joseph and Larry Jr., and his grandchildren Logan, Lilyana, Jesse, Ariana, Madison and Lucian. Surviving siblings include William, Frank, Louis, and Marianne Melfi. Lawrence was also preceded in death by his brother Ronald. Visitation will be at Casey Funeral Home, 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314 on Tuesday, January 4th from 3:00 to 8:00pm.
