Mary Anne Jennings

Mary Anne was the daughter of the late Walter and Joan Burns. She is survived by her daughter Maureen, son-in- law Frank Lamantia, and grandsons Brian and Michael. In addition, she is survived by her brothers Walter Burns (Katherine), Gregory (Barbara), and many nieces and nephews (Sean, Christine, Kieran, Meghan, Gregory, Siobhan).

Mary Anne grew up in Great Kills and attended St. Clare Grammar School, Tottenville HS, and the College of Staten Island School of Nursing. After working on Wall St. for several years, she made a career change into nursing and became an RN. Spending time with family and friends was most important to her. Mary Anne loved listening to Oldies but Goodies and working with her garden. She will be missed by all.

A visitation for Mary Anne will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. A funeral service will occur Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St Clare Church, 110 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10308. A committal service will occur Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 12:30 PM at Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrotts Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10309.
