

Minnie Imperato passed peacefully into God’s arms at home on Friday, April 1, 2022, at age 91. Minnie was born on June 9, 1930, in Staten Island, New York where she lived until her death except for 5 years when she retired to Milltown, New Jersey.
Minnie worked for 30 years as an Administrative Assistant for the Nursing Department at St. Vincent’s Hospital retiring in 1995. She was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church for most of her life and remembered fondly her time at the Goodhue Center in New Brighton as a child. She was very active with the church and volunteered for many organizations. She was an enthusiastic member of the Granito-Smith American Legion Auxiliary serving as Historian, she also keenly participated in several Senior clubs in her retirement. She was a lifelong New York Yankee fan rarely missing a televised game. She will be remembered by her many dear friends and was known for her wit, humor and charm.
Minnie was predeceased by her husband Anthony and her dear companion Ray Marzullo, and her eldest son David. She is survived by four other children and spouses: Linda (David’s spouse), Robert (fiancé Christine), Sandra Dowling (Christopher), Luellen Testa (John) and Karen Miranda (Mark). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitors may pay their respects on Sunday, April 3rd from 2-6 PM at Harmon Funeral Home, 571 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310. The funeral service will be held at Church of the Holy Family, 366 Watchogue Rd, Staten Island, NY 10314 on Monday, April 4th at 11:30 AM with interment at Resurrection Cemetery immediately following the service.
