Peter Miscione

Peter Ralph Miscione Jr. (76), passed away on January 22, 2022. He was known by his friends and family as Ralph. He was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. As a child he spent his time learning all types of sports. His love for bowling was short-lived when he was drafted into the Army. Ralph married Barbara May Miscione. Together they had five children, all boys. An avid sports fan, he became a pitcher and second basemen for Silvestri softball team. He was later inducted to the Softball Hall of Fame. Ralph was also a coach for Holy Rosary Church where he taught baseball and basketball. In his spare time he was an umpire and referee for men’s touch tackle football. Later in life he took up golf, even joining the Fairway Club. Ralph was survived by his five sons, Ralph, Peter, Joseph, Matthew and Robert and had 13 grandchildren. He made so many friends over the years and always cherished the moments he had with them. Ralph would want people to live their life like he played his sports - with all of their heart. He will be remembered. He will be missed. You are the best Mish.

A visitation for Peter will be held Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Harmon Funeral Home, 571 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310. Interment to take place in St. Peter's Cemetery on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:40 AM.
