

Regina was born on October 27, 1935, in the neighborhood of Rosebank in Staten Island, New York. She attended St. Peter's Girls High School, where she laid the foundation for a life filled with dedication and community service.
Throughout her career, Regina worked at JP Morgan Chase and the Staten Island Medical Group, where she was known for her commitment and professionalism. She was a devoted wife to her late husband, Joseph Doran, who predeceased her in 2015. Together, they raised their family in Great Kills, Staten Island, before Regina moved to Manalapan, NJ, in her later years.
Regina is survived by her loving children: Joseph and his wife Nicole, Karen and her husband Joseph, Thomas and his wife Lois, and Michael and his wife Stephanie. She was a cherished grandmother to 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, and a beloved aunt to many nephews and nieces.
A huge New York Yankees fan, Regina loved spending time with her family and friends, sharing her enthusiasm for the game and the joy of togetherness. Her passion for community involvement was evident in her efforts to start the Girls Softball League at Great Kills Little League, a testament to her commitment to fostering opportunities for young girls in sports.
Regina Jean Doran will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love, family, and community will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to be part of her life.
Visitation will be held at Casey-McCallum Rice Funeral Home, located at 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY, on September 3, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will follow on September 4, 2025, at St. Clare Roman Catholic Church, St. Clare's Church, New York, NY, at 9:45 am.
The Committal Service will be at Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Ave, New York, NY, on September 4, 2025, at 11:15 am.
