He was born in Manhattan to his mother, Agnes Lynch, and his father, Theodore Horlebein.
Theodore was the youngest of 6 siblings.
He married Kathy (Maiden: Wilson) on February 27, 1971. They were happily married and inseparable for 52 years. He was also the loving father and best friend of beloved son, Craig Theodore.
Possibly, his most proud title of all was grandfather (Beloved G-Pa) of Luke Craig (15) and Colin James (12).
Theodore was also father-in-Law to Krissie and a beloved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and great uncle.
Theodore was a Marine Veteran and served from 1967-1971 as part of the Marine Aviation Unit.
Later, he became the Assistant Chief Engineer- with Local 94 (International Union of Operating Engineers) for more than 30 years. He also was the Field Director of Sailor's Snug Harbor Little League from 1977-1993. Throughout his entire life, Theodore was selfless, loving, and hardworking.
