Vincent J Schipani

City, passed away on August 26, 2017. Vincent was born in Brooklyn,

moved to Staten Island as a young child and attended St. Bernadette’s

and St. Rita’s elementary schools as well as Moore Catholic High

School. Vincent was a US Navy Reservist, worked at Schindler Elevator

Co. and was a member of Elevator Constructors Union Local 1. He

loved spending time with his family, Sunday dinners, working out at the

gym, music, attending car shows and driving cars on the racetrack with

his dad and loved working at his job. He survived by his father Steve,

sister Erica, stepmother Joanne, and mother Linda. He loved his

grandparents Arlene (Nana) and Frank and Aunt Dolores (Dee) and Aunt

Joanne (Jojo).

Services are being held by Casey Funeral Home. Visitation is Thursday

August 31, 2017 from 7 to 9 pm and Friday September 1, 2017 from 2 to

4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday September

2, 2017 at 10 am at Saint Rita’s Church, 281 Bradley Avenue, Staten

Island, NY.

Reason Recovery Center of Staten Island, NY would be greatly
