Willie, from the first day we met at M&T Bank, you were always full of life and positive energy.  There was never a time I didn't see you smiling, cracking jokes and being your normal bubbly self.  We grew close over the years and held conversations on so many different topics.   You always gave me compliments on my suits and I did the same for you because you were always looking the part (SHARP...lol).  

I'm going to miss you my brother!!! Take your rest!!!

Willie was a brother from another mother. We have our Sanders-Smith family reunions and Willie was part of the family. He would be the one who would lead the family in a hymn for church services. Willie always  greeted you with Hey  girl and a smile such a gentleman love to laugh but most of all ❤️ love to  dance . My dancing partner Willie was the only one I could  dance Latin with. A sharp dresser he said when you get payed always  buy yourself something for him it was clothing. To know Willie was to Love him because he made you feel Loved.”Mr. Reyes a man of honor will be greatly missed but he will forever be in our hearts Always& Forever .🙏😇❤️🤗🥰

I got to meet you through Ermine when we worked together at Talent Partners. You were a special person and you will be missed by all who knew you. Your personality lit up a room when you entered and you loved to dance and have fun. You taught those you knew to be better men through your actions. Rest in peace 🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️

I come to know Willie when living in Maryland. He came to many of our SuperBowl parties along with Ermine, she too is a dear friend and I know she will miss him dearly. Willie always had a big smile and enticing laugh, so we would talk a lot and just be in the moment. My friend, though you are not here, I know you are in a better place and in peace. I hope to join and see you again when I am called to the after life. Say hi to my people for me, I hear heaven is magical. In peace, I remain your friend.... Ed

My condolences to willie’s family. Me and my family will miss him so much. He was our engineer here at 1 River Place in Manhattan . For the many years he worked here he was an inspiration to me and my family, especially my husband, Apostle Robert Smith, who has gone on also to be with The Lord. ❤🤗We shared many holidays in our younger days, Beloved Jeña (RIP) would make her famous quajito. Sorry I never learned how to make it. Willie will forever be remembered for his caring ways,  laughter, & love for dancing. 🌹RIP Primo until we meet again.

I remember when I was a young boy and he use to take us to the pet store it was me and bee and kev he use to say something that stuck with me for the rest of my life till now he had a brown station wagon back then but when he took us out he had this imaginary button on the top of the car he would press and he would say hold on CLICK CLICK BOOM!!!and he would go fast  rest peacefully you will never be left alone  from your son from a farther I never had thank you  james Hallett 

I met Willie briefly when Ermine brought him to the office one day.   She always talked about him, the trips that they were planning, etc.  My heart goes out to Ermine and Willie's family.   May he rest in peace.

I will never forget our trips to Puerto Rico. We had so much fun. He was a funny guy. Every time we went to the beach he wanted to make sure his legs got a tan. He would would row up his bathing suit and tied it up on each side. You had to be there to see this! 
He taught my Sister Ketty how to dance Salsa. She will never forget that. He checked on us every other week with a greeting by saying “Què Pasa Prima”. He loved his Family! He never missed a Family Reunion. He will be truly missed. R.I.P. Primo! 

I met Willie through my long time co-worker/friend Ermine. Sometimes I'd join them for lunch. I would tell Ermine no you two go and enjoy but in true Willie fashion he'd insist I go with them.  I specifically recall the great Spanish restaurant that had lunch specials and how he enjoyed those pork chops.  He was always upbeat and very funny.  We had a lot of laughs. Everyone loved him, he instantly made people feel comfortable.   A wonderful, genuine personality.  He worked very hard and sometimes too many long hours.  Ermine and Willie were a great couple, he clearly cared for her a lot.  Funny, hard working, caring, and full of energy this is how I will remember Willie.   And his love of food!  Rest in peace.

A friend, and a gem have left this world. To have been prividge to know Willie and shared special moments with him and Ermine, we will never forget, We will cherish his memories. He always had a smile, a positive attitude and the warmest greeting for everyone.  He always saw the best and positive in every situation. Visiting him the hospital he was just as upbeat  and funny as his usual self as we shared our final jokes and laughter.  Sleep in eternal peace dear friend and may the Lord guide you in through his Pearly Gates.

I will always remember Willie as loving and a caring cousin.  Raquel and I would teach Willie to dance salsa and he, out dance us. Love you always and God bless
