Barbara E. Williams

Barbara E. Williams, age 60, died Friday at Eagle Health & Rehabilitation Center. Barbara was a member of the Lower Mill Creek Primitive Baptist Church. She loved and kept children all of her adult life until she became ill. Her favorite things to do were reading and participating in church activities. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Audrey Williams, a sister, Dianne Williams, and a brother, Doy Williams

She is survived by two sisters; Edna (Bart) Dutton and Linda (Johnny) Rushing of Statesboro and three brothers; Roy Williams of Statesboro, Johnny (Linda) Williams of Fort Walton Beach Fl, and Troy Williams of Sylvester, Ga. and a special neighbor Ms. Louise Strange of Statesboro.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 4:00 till 6:00 PM at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home

Funeral Services will be held Monday at 3:00 PM in the chapel of the Hodges Moore Funeral Home with Elder Dan Strickland Officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Bart Dutton Jr., Clint Rushing, Dave Stone, Chance Riccio, John Yancey and Wendell Crosby.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Lower Mill Creek Primitive Baptist Church.

Burial will be in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lower Mill Creek Primitive Baptist Church, % Jim Coleman, 348 College Street, Statesboro, Ga. or Hospice Advantage, 7 Allen-Cail Drive Statesboro, Ga. 30458.
