Geraldine Murray

Geraldine was born in Cobbtown and had lived many years in Brooklet. She was nurse’s aide at Candler Hospital for many years and was a member of Westside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Murray.

Geraldine is survived by her sons, Randall Parker and his wife, Sharon of Richmond Hill and Jerry Parker and his wife, Angela of Cayce, SC; daughter, Shirley Howard and her husband, Bobby of Bloomingdale; step-daughter, Glennis Jackson; three grandchildren, Randall Parker of Guyton, Chris Johnson of Springfield and Douglas Lee Parker and his wife, Jessica of Charlotte, NC; six grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, 16 step great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, May 16, 2015 in Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, May 16, 2015 in the Chapel of Hodges-Moore Funeral Home with Brother Hanna and Reverend John Parker officiating.

Burial will be in Old Fellowship Baptist Church.
