Rosa Lee Fail

Mrs. Fail was born in Candler County but lived most of her life in Statesboro and Bulloch County. She was a homemaker and had worked with Gold Kist Peanut Company as an inspector. Rosa Lee was a member of Bible Baptist Church where she attended the Adult Sunday school class. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Willis and Ethel Frost Brown, her son, Willis Edward Fail, granddaughter, Rosemary Fail, sons-in-law, David Barker and Jack Rucker.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Lendward Fail of Statesboro; 3 sons, Jerry Fail and his wife, Pam of Brooklet; Clifford Fail of Statesboro and Tony Fail and his wife, Sheila of Statesboro, 4 daughters, Rose Marie Barker of Brooklet; Donna Deloach and her husband, Winton of Statesboro; Diane Rucker of Statesboro and Jennifer Sauls of Statesboro, brother, John Alton Brown of Statesboro, sister, Inez Rigdon of Statesboro, 21 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 23 in Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, July 24 in Bible Baptist Church with the Reverend Jonathan Edmisten officiating. Mrs. Fail will lie in state from 12:00 pm until the funeral hour.

Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery, 301 North, Statesboro, GA.

Pallbearers will be Winton Deloach, Jason Deloach, Jack Rucker, Anthony Fail, Tony Fail, Josh Fail, Ben Barker and Austin Sauls.
