Thomas Walter Green

Thomas Walter Green, 68, died Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in his residence surrounded by his loving family under the care of Hospice Savannah, Inc.

Mr. Green was born and raised in Savannah where he attended local schools. Thomas lived on Wilmington Island for 25 years before moving to Rincon 10 years ago. He was a Master Electrician working with the IBEW for over 45 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rincon. Thomas was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army National Guard and was past President of the Dune Cat Unit of the Alee Temple and was a former member of the Thunderbolt Lodge #693 F&AM. He was preceded in death by his parents Harvey Walter and Sallie Edra Nevils Green.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Ronda Brannen Green of Rincon; son, Stephen Walter Green of Savannah and his sister, Linda G. Elliott of Savannah.

The family will receive friends 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Saturday, February 7, 2015 in Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, February 7, 2015 in the Chapel of Hodges-Moore Funeral Home with the Reverend Devin Bell officiating.

Burial will be in Brooklet City Cemetery.
