Jason lived most of his life in Savannah and had lived the past 7 years in Statesboro. He graduated from South Effingham High School and received an Associate’s Degree from East Georgia State College, before enrolling at Georgia Southern University, where he was pursuing a degree in Recreation/Environmental Management. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Marcus A. Toole and Virginia Durden Toole of Statesboro; his paternal grandmother, Louise Anglin Pate and uncle, Loron Daniel Toole.
Jason is survived by his mother, Carol Toole Elliott of Guyton, father, Larry Elliott, Sr. of Loganville, sister, Candice Elliott of Guyton, brother, Joel Larry Elliott, Jr. of Ellabell, uncles, Marcus A. Toole, Jr. of Statesboro and Ronnie Elliott, aunts, Janet Elliott Derickson and Linda Elliott Polis.
A memorial service will be held 6:00 PM Saturday, August 30 in Sprit Life Revival Center, 7 Canebrake Road, Savannah, GA 31419 with the Reverend Walt Sparks officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the church.
