

Miss Christina Leigh Inman, 20, of Stony Point, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. A native of Iredell County, she was the daughter of Edgar Paul Inman and wife Dawn and Tambra Leigh Morrison Inman. She was employed by Statesville Lawn & Garden, where she was treated like family. Many special thanks to Bob and Joy for their care of Christina. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Sandra Hill and Julia Inman; by her grandfather, Edgar Inman, by a nephew Keynan Miller; and by a brother, Timothy Lee Gill.
In addition to her parents, Christina is survived by her grandparents, Richard and Janie Morrison and by her step-grandfather, Larry Hill. She is survived by her siblings, William “Tommy” Gill of Statesville, Kara Inman of Statesville, Courtney Joyner of Statesville, and Spc. Taylor Dane Inman of California. A number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home. A service celebrating the life of Christina will be held in the Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Matthew Murdock officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
